Book Review "What on Earth Am I Here For?" by Rick Warren (part 1)

   So this book is recommended by my 'special one', so I read it until finish in the same day he told me. I found this book is really amaze me so much, just like "This is the answer of what I am searching for!" And I don't want too greedy to not to share to world about this amazing book. This book can open my eyes and my heart also, I hope you too guys.

   

   So, in this posting I want to share the first chapter review.

Anyway, I am sorry for my lousy English, if you mind, you can correct my English also, I need learn so much about my second language also, especially in my grammar. :\

SO, here we go!

Chapter 1. It All Starts With God

   The easiest way to discover the purpose of an invention is to ask the creator to explain it. Who create us then? God.

   God hasn't left us in the dark to wonder and guess "What on earth am I here for?"

Here, let me tell you three insights into your purpose of life:

1. Discover your identity and purpose through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

2. God was thinking of you long before you ever thought about Him

3. The purpose of your life fits into a much larger, cosmic purpose that God has designed for eternity.

   It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, He had His eye on us, had designed on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose He is working out in everything and everyone.

Point to ponder: If there were no God, and everything was a result of random chance, there would be no purpose to your life. It all starts with God.

Question to Consider:

Have you ever wondered about, or felt confused about, the purpose of your life?

What ways have you tried to discover your life's purpose without turning to God, their creator?
